Question RSS account's demo cancellation policy

Also, I've researched the ITFX broker they recommended (the #1 recommendation) but apparently the majority of those who traded with them gave them a negative review. I'm looking for a broker with a mini account option and whose forward news trade testing would be somewhat similar to the real trading results. Any ideas?

Thanks

i cant comment on the broker question, but canceling your subscription with RSS is not a problem. If you call them a day before or so before your trial period ends, they will honor their policy. I have done it and had no problem.

That's good to know. Thanks a lot. can I ask which brokers you deal with or which have been widely used lately for news?

There are not any brokers that give good news fills on the spike. Some of them might fill you one or two times and then flag your account as a news trader. I fear you may have joined at the end of "golden era" for spike trading.

Default Golden Era

"There are not any brokers that give good news fills on the spike. Some of them might fill you one or two times and then flag your account as a news trader. I fear you may have joined at the end of "golden era" for spike trading."

You may be correct. I sense there may be another level to news trading, however. If so it will depend on someone coming up with camouflage techniques similar to what black-jack card counters do. Thorp thought that game was over until Revere came along with more sophisticated camouflage methods. On the other hand its is difficult to see how to overcome brokers' current tactics against news traders. Time will tell...
